Management Drives is a method that makes people’s motivations (Drives) visible based on positive psychology research and over 400,000 analyses. Drives are indicators that predict how a team or person uses their knowledge, skills, and competencies.
The Management Drives methodology identifies six drives for behavior. The six motivations (colors) each give meaning to a person’s leadership and explain how people behave in everyday situations and under stress.

An organization can request a Management Drives Coach & Consultant to facilitate diverse team and organizational processes over a certain period depending on individual needs. However, people within the organization can also become Management Drives Certified Trainers. Such Management Drives Internal Trainers can ensure further follow-up of all sorts of processes within the organization by using the Management Drives applications.
