One of the key advantages of using Management Drives is understanding an individual’s Drives (intrinsic motivation) and those behaviors, tasks, or environments that create barriers or frustrations. Obtaining these insights is a fascinating aspect of a profile. The Individual Management Drives profile shows how a person is affected or influenced by recent experiences or work situations. The Individual Management Drives profile illuminates “the other side of the coin,” and people invariably relate to its insight.

Your profile is unique to you – rather like your fingerprint. Management Drives reflects the subtleties of your character in terms of your motivations or triggers for action. Your Management Drives Individual Profile also shows what frustrates and drains energy from you. As each profile is unique, feedback is tailored to the individual and provided only by trained Management Drives practitioners. The feedback session is online or in-person and in your desired language. Rather than provide a standard report, we work with individuals to discover the significance of their profile to them. Then, we discuss your desired direction and what is needed to move forward.Based on your Individual Profile Feedback Session, you can determine with the Management Drives practitioner whether you would like to have further sessions tailored to your needs.
