CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. GENERAL

    shudofskycoaching.com (hereafter ‘we’)
    is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being served. No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality. For these reasons, shudofskycoaching.com has implemented a cancellation & refund policy to which will be adhered.


    2. FULL PAYMENT

    Your registration and enrolment are complete when we receive your full payment. Payments are made online through the payment system provided on the website of shudofskycoaching.com. We do not reserve a coaching session or program without payment.

    We will send you an online confirmation email at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as a confirmation of your registration.


    3. CANCELLATION REQUEST & REFUND POLICY

    Beyond Leadership – The Foundation Program

    Regarding a cancellation request and the refund policy for The Foundation Program, the following applies:

    Cancellation One-to-One coaching session
    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of the One-to-One coaching session is required. Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, or online and accepted subject to written confirmation.

    In case of a no-show to a scheduled coaching session, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. As the coach has put valuable time and effort in preparing the coaching session, and other clients are waiting in line.

    Conversely, we hold ourselves to the same standard: if we must cancel a booking within 12 hours, we will compensate you with a coaching session.

    Cancellation of The Foundation Program
    In case of cancelling the Foundation Program before receiving your invitation link for taking the Management Drives questionnaire, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 to cover any administrative costs, including credit card processing fees. Please note that we process refunds in the original form of payment.


    A refund request can only be made when you have not yet received your invitation to take the Management Drives questionnaire.
    A refund request is not eligible after having taken the Management Drives questionnaire.

    Beyond Leadership – The Impact Program

    Regarding a cancellation request and the refund policy for The Impact Program and any follow-up programs part of the Impact Program (Impact Program – Team Development Behaviour, Impact Program – Team Development Changing Course, Impact Program – Organisation Development), the following applies:

    Program bookings cancelled up to eight days before starting the (online) program are eligible for a 100% refund in the form of a credit note. The refund will be processed in the original form of payment.

    In case of cancellation less than eight days and deciding to end the program after having started with the Impact Program online modules, the following applies:

    In case the Management Drives applications already have been requested by you and already have been sent out to you, you will be eligible for an $850 refund of the total program cost. The total program cost includes the additional $220 per participant for the Management Drives applications. Applications include: Management Drives individual profile, team profile, and MD Crisis Impact Scan.

    When you have not yet requested the Management Drives applications and would like to end the program, you are eligible for a 90% refund of the total program cost. The total program cost includes the additional $220 per participant for the Management Drives applications. Applications include: Management Drives individual profile, team profile, and MD Crisis Impact Scan.

    All cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email or online, and will be accepted subject to written confirmation before processing the refund.

    All services provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We do our utmost best to provide you with high standards for your leadership development. Coaching involves a two-way relationship, and effort from your side is needed too. We ask that you commit fully to the coaching process.

    For all the services provided by shudofskycoaching.com, you can book your free 30-minute call before enrolling in a program to get any questions from your side answered.

    If, for any reason, after enrolling in the program, you decide not to proceed with the program, the cancellation and refund policy applies.
