Melanie Shudofsky is a leadership and organizational development coach who works online and in-person with leaders like you to increase their effectiveness based on people’s strengths.
She works from the core value that you can only lead with maximum performance by knowing what truly motivates you and your team. Melanie knows that by working from people’s strengths, work satisfaction increases, and you and your team are better equipped to deal with continuously changing and demanding working environments.
She has worked for a wide range of organizations in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Amongst others as an organizational development advisor at the Indonesian government, a strategy advisor for the Dutch-Nepalese social enterprise ‘6 Degrees Academy for Women’, and a program manager for the NGO Amref Flying Doctors.
Besides a certified Master Life Coach, Melanie works with the Management Drives coaching methodology as a certified Partner. Furthermore, she is a published author of the book ‘The Art of Being: Awakening To Your Inner Guide.’
Melanie holds a Master’s Degree in Global Health from the Maastricht University and a Master’s Degree in International Development from the Radboud University, both in The Netherlands and in partnership and close collaboration with universities in Canada, Thailand, India, and Ethiopia.
Her extensive knowledge and experience of the global work field in which leaders like you operate allows her to be a true leadership development coach expert, whether for individual leadership coaching, team, or organizational development.
